Product Application

Grapples are available in a wide-range of widths and tine configurations. From demolishing buildings to clearing brush and lifting heavy objects, the Graptor Rake sweeps through the toughest debris for maximum productivity on the job site.

SPECIFICATION FOR GRAPPLE

1. Material:
1) Entire jaw structure is manufactured of quenched and tempered Q690 High Strength alloy steel, 130,000-psi min. yield 360-440
BHN.
2) The tine tips are 175,000-psi min. yield 450-550 BHN. Chromium plating.
2.Motor:
1) Motor drive adopts the design of symmetrical double support,strong shcok resistance, avoiding axle breakage and oil leakage.
2) Pedestal adopts sealed type design, better protect the rotary drive.
3)Output Torque:4 kN.m-8.5kN.m(6272lbf.ft)
Holding Torque 38kN.m-105kN.m(78000lbf.ft)
Moment Torque 26kN.m-203kN.m(150,000lbf.ft)

3. Strengths:
1) Sealed type rotary drive solve the oil leakage problem, only required light greasing(80g of grease) once 6 months(unlike most
of the product on the market needed greasing everyday) and better protect the product.
2) Motor drive adopted symetrical double support design, reducing the bearing load and extend service life.
3) The jaw structure is manufactured of Q690 High Strength Alloy Steel, lighter weight with twice of the strength comparing with
