Common sense:daily maintenance of Wheel Loaders

Daily maintenance of Heavy Wheel Loaders
1. Check the amount of engine oil, water in the water tank, transmission and diesel tank, and oil in the working oil tank.
2. Check the tire pressure and shape.
3. Check whether the control mechanism and signal equipment are in good condition.
4. Whether there is any abnormal noise after the engine is started, and whether the instruments work normally.
5. Whether there is oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage in each part.
6. Whether the transmission, torque converter, front and rear axles are overheated. 7. Whether the fasteners of each part are loose or lost.
8. After the winter operation, pay attention to the engine draining water.

Loader regular maintenance regulations
1. Every day
1. Check whether there is leakage of oil, water and gas and overheating of parts; 2. Check the level of diesel engine oil coolant and hydraulic oil;
3. Check the tire pressure and damage;
4. Check the meters and lights;
5. Each dumpling contact is injected with butter.

2. Every 50 hours
1. Check and tighten the front and rear drive shaft bolts;
2. Check the transmission oil level;
3. Check and adjust the foot brake and hand brake, brake booster oil;
4. Check the throttle control and shift control system;

4. Every 200 hours of Front End Loader 1.5Tons
1. Check the oil level of the front and rear axles;
2. Clean the air filter (replace the filter element if necessary);
3. Clean the oil and diesel transmission oil filter;
4. Measure the tire pressure to be 0.27~0.31Mpa;
5. Check whether the welding seam of the front and rear frame of the working device is cracked;

5. Every 600 hours 3Tons Rated Loader
1. Replace the front and rear axle gear oil (every 1000 hours thereafter); 2. Clean the oil suction filter of the diesel tank;
3. Remove the contaminants on the surface of the radiator of the water tank;
4. Replace the engine oil and replace the oil and diesel oil filter;
5. Check the tightness of the generator fan belt.
6. Replace the transmission oil and oil filter; 6. Check the engine valve clearance.


6. Every 1200 hours
1. Replace the hydraulic oil to clean or replace the oil filter to clean the fuel tank;
2. Check the operation of the engine;
3. Check the working condition of the hydraulic system;
4. Check the steering system performance;
5. Check the performance of the braking system and replace the brake fluid.

7. Every 2400 hours
1. Overhaul the engine according to the engine manual;
2. Disassemble and inspect the transmission torque converter;
3. Disassemble inspection of the front and rear axles;
4. Check the welding seam of each part of the whole machine.
