Good news came once again from Central Asia Business Department recently, 37 units Crawler Excavators were shipped in batch successfully to the Central Asia region. This is the first time Shantui realized the batch sales of excavators in Central Asia region since the outbreak of pandemic.

After learning the market information, the Central Asia Business Department kept close communication with the customer and proactively recommended the suitable machine models based on the working condition on one hand and cooperated closely with the Logistics Department to overcome the difficulties arising from the pandemic on the other hand. Through the joint efforts of the whole company, the timely delivery of the equipment was finally guaranteed to implement the core value of [We aim at customers` satisfaction". At presence, under the influence of the pandemic, some products to the Central Asia region couldn`t be shipped by railway. To guarantee the on-time delivery of equipment to the users, Shantui innovated the shipping mode of self-driving customs clearance for the excavators.
